Curator Ad Litem and Reporting Officer Appointments

The Court appoints a curator ad litem to protect the interests of a child who is the subject of proceedings for adoption, permanence order or in an application for a parental responsibilities order.

In these same proceedings, a reporting officer is also appointed to witness agreements to adoption and other order.
